[Windows Server Insider Preview 17709] DDNS not work.

Execution of "ipconfig / registerdns" does not DDNS to AD DC DNS.
I tried restarting, but the phenomenon does not change.

I have confirmed the phenomenon with the following three.
Windows Server Semi-Annual 17709 English
Windows Server LTSC 17709 English
Windows Server LTSC 17709 Japanese

I can concur with build 17709 for the Data Center edition that the DNS client does not perform a dynamic DNS update. I ran a network trace and the DNS client does not attempt a DNS registration for DHCP nor static IP addresses.

At Windows Server Insider Preview 17713, I able to confirm that the problem was solved!
