Windows server build 18363 availability

Hi!

I want to test Windows server build 18363, but only 18995 is available on insiders download page. Is it possible to get it somehow (as Windows 10 have many insider versions available)?

@UrmasV Recommend that you pick up the latest build instead of going back to an older version.

@Mary Hoffman good recommendation, but I need to know how will act Windows Server version 1909 (equal to 18363). Latest build works as expected.

Better way of course is to have real 1909 SA update for Windows Server in hand.
