@Lu_Pan I ran into this same issue. I had to rebuild the Virtual Machine taking care to not over dedicate RAM or CPU cores. 


Edit: My apologies as I just remembered that when I had this same issue I also made sure to not turn on  

 Enable Windows Virtualization Based Security 

I believe this is what actually fixed my issue (as when I had the BSOD with memory management I was only using 4/64GB RAM and 4/8 CPU cores)

Make sure you're only giving the VM 1 physical CPU. That's what fixed the issue for me and my friend
