In Windows settings => Apps => Apps & Features, there are mentions of Microsoft Store, like "Installing apps only from Microsoft store helps protect your device".
this shouldn't be there and needed to be edited. because Store is not available on Windows Server, this text doesn't make sense in Windows server.
also right below it, there is an option to select where to get apps, again this shouldn't exist in Windows server for the aforementioned reasons.
these mentions of Microsoft Store in Windows Server GUI also causes confusion.
