FTP uploads are amazingly slow. Uploading an ISO to a remote ftp using filezilla client. Upload speeds are in the 100 kbs to 150 kbs.
Using Server 2016 14393 same ISO same remote ftp same filezilla client. Upload speeds are 6 Mbs to 10 Mbs.
Server 2019 has some serious issues as regard to ftp use.
