Problems with listing and adding windows-capabilities:
> Get-WindowsCapability -online
Get-WindowsCapability: Get-WindowsCapability failed. Error Code = 0x800f0950
With "Get-WindowsCapability -online -limitaccess" no Problem. Server Version was a Fresh install of the Insider Version.
