Intel VMD driver not compatible

My Intel CPU needs a VMD driver to find the SSD. However, the newest Server ISO cannot load the latest VMD driver, and thus it cannot discover the SSD to install the OS.

What version of Windows Server are you using?
Did you face this issue in the previous version of the Windows Server?

25057. The last build I tried is 22xxx and I did not face this issue.

From what you explained, I believe this is a bug.
Do you have access to a Windows 10 or Windows 11 device?
If yes, then open the Feedback Hub app and in the list select the Windows Server and submit a bug report and explain the issue and steps to reproduce the problem and any relevant log files.
