If Your Server Insider Build Download Stalls, Here is one way to help it download faster

Use any VPN Software of your choice before choosing to download the build,  when it stalls, Pause the Download, Once it says Paused, Change your IP address in your VPN Software, wait 30 seconds after it says Connected, Click Resume Download.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: AS MICROSOFT CHECKS WHAT COUNTRY YOUR IP ADDRESS IS FROM, MAKE SURE YOU CONNECT ONLY TO A VPN SERVER IN YOUR COUNTRY/REGION!
