From where can I download Windows Server Insider 19551 - Desktop Experience?

I've downloaded Windows_InsiderPreview_Server_en-us_19551.iso and it seems that it contains only the Core option, with no option of selecting Desktop Experience.

Is there any place I could test WS Build 19551 Desktop Experience?

You use Windows Server and don't know about the difference between semi-annual channel releases and long term servicing channel ones?

SAC releases are core only

next LTSC is expected in late 2021
