Event Log crashing

I am testing Server 2022 with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.  After provisioning the machine the event log service constantly crashes.

I have the Event Log redirected to a persistent drive via GPO to keep it persistent during machine reboots.

Try find a Windows 10 device and open the Feedback Hub app and from the list select Windows Server and then report this issue. In case you have any log files, make sure submit them too.
