Cannot enter new credentials after fresh installation

This is so funny, I just installed the latest version (16278) on a VM and it is not getting past the Enter credentials for Administrator prompt.

Basically it shows me stars as I type, but does not move the to the confirm password part when I hit enter.. not matter how hard I hit it :D

What's wrong?

Ok! So it works when I hit the down arrow but not Enter.

I was literally stuck for 30 minutes till I found this, seriously been doing this since DOS 3.1, that never crossed my mind :p Thanks

 don't use "Enter" to go to the second line , Just use  Key DOWN to move to the second line and tape your password again
