We have multiple versions of Windows Server 2019 (1809) that when trying to run Windows Update it is failing. I've tried the following without success
- Dism
- SFC /Scannow
- Windows Update Trouble Shooter
- Sconfig DOES appear to successfully work
- Disabled all FW/AV on servers
