We in the process of replacing dated Windows Server hardware and OS. I would like to find out what you think of in-place upgrades from 2012 to 2022 and the pros and cons going with this.
a additional method is to run a restore from a backup on the new server and then do an in place upgrade to 2022 , will it then be nessacery to re-join the user machines to the domain.
