Windows Server insider ring

Is there any way to join the new Windows Server insider ring without having an Azure AD or Office 365 business account? Are there any plans to let individial IT Pros sign up with a regular MS account?

Yes! You can actually sign up to the Windows Insiders program using your Microsoft Account: https://insider.windows.com/. You can have access to the Windows Server preview builds on the Insiders program as well. Keep an eye on the Windows Server blog as we'll be covering what's new for Security in the next release of the Semi-annual Channel. :)
