Windows Server full backup with Oracle hosted database

Hi,

We are running Windows server 2012 R2 standard with Oracle hosted database and we want to take System image to test backup/restore in lab. My query is that will Oracle database work after restoring the system image in lab?

I'd probably ask Oracle about recommended backup / restore procedures.
