Windows server 2019 standard does not charge any drivers

Dear all,

I am having a trouble with windows server since a driver failure recovery, when windows starts it does not move with any device keyboard and mouse does work and the network icon apper with no connection.

Hyper-V / VMWare? Physical machine?

I'd check here and with manufacturer that the hardware supports Server 2019
