[Vulnerability] RADIUS Access-Request packets from invalid RADIUS clients cause NPS memory leaks

RADIUS Access-Request packets sent from invalid RADIUS clients would cause NPS (Network Policy Server) to leak memory. The amount of memory consumed by NPS gets higher and higher.

This issue has been found on Windows Server 2012 and later.

This vulnerability can be exploited by hackers to perform DoS attacks.
