Any idea about below vulnerability to fix in windows 2012r2 FTP server ,

In Windows server Remote Management Service Accepting Unencrypted Credentials Detected (FTP)

If possible, use alternate services that provide encryption.

Using strong cryptography, render all authentication credentials (such as

passwords/phrases) unreadable during transmission.
