Teams installation through group policy

Copper Contributor

I'm having issues pushing down the latest version of Teams to a group of users on our network. I really don't know what I am doing wrong but can someone please point me in the right direction with a document that I can go through and confirm that I'm not missing anything? I have the same issue with Zoom installation. For Zoom, it's a little different of an issue in that it works for some stations/users and it doesn't for others and have not been able to pin point that issue.

Environment is Windows 2019 server and Window 10 Pro machines. We are also running AVG and was wondering if that might be causing the issue.

Thanks

Just to add to this, when I check the workstation System Event viewer, it shows the following
The assignment of application Teams Machine-Wide Installer version 16.2.8 from policy Apps - Teams - updated 02.15.2023 failed. The error was : %%1274

Name of the GPO -> Apps - Teams - updated 02.15.2023

Also, there are these entries in the event log that are related

Third one and this one is just after the first one that I have listed...
