I have a client that was hit with Ransomware and restored the server from a backup but am unable to get the clients to restore from the essentials client restore. I've tried the dashboard and the PXE boot for a full restore. The wizard shows the computers in the drop down in the full restore but not showing any backups. I have a TB of data backed up and the dat files are in the /client computers backup/ folder. Is there a way to force it to locate these files or software available to extract that data?
