Server 2022 product key sticker damaged

Hi, I purchased an OEM Server 2022 STD pack and while scratching the product key, it got damaged and unable to read the key. I contacted first the retailer and they asked me to contact Microsoft support. When contacted Microsoft, they said, they cannot help as this is OEM product. Can anyone please help?

@dysfunctional5150 OEM means - Orginal Equipment Manufacturer. This is the type of license we get from retail shops.

I know what it means Im asking who your OEM is who you got the license from (i.e. Dell, HP, etc.)
