I've got a customer with a strange issue regarding Folder Redirection and Roaming Profiles with Server 2019 and Windows 10. Sometimes the icons on the desktop dissappear. Pressing F5 almost instantly returns the icons (however re-arranged all to the left). This happens randomly. It is not a network issue since connection to the server are still there when this happens. Nothing in the logs that could indicatie the cause of this issue. It is a netwerk with 15 workstations and a new Server 2019 of HP. it is not happening to all workstations. Documents folders are not affected. When the icons disappear the folder desktop is not present on the server (browsing to the Folder Redirection folder. I've tested with new switches as well.
Anyone an idea what is causing the isue.?
