I have 2 identical high-end Dell servers. One I managed to install OS (Windows 2022 DC) with no problems. The other one, however, gives the following error, ONLY when the Server Manager is launched: "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest." As the result, PowerShell does not load, and I am not even run most of the options in the Server Manager's GUI interface. Yes, I have applied ALL Dell and Windows updates. I hate to wipe out the OS and reinstall, not because it will take an hour to two of my time, but the fact that I may end up getting the same error again. I really appreciate your help, but please for sake of all, read the post thoroughly before replying.
