We have installed the QuickBooks Accounting 2023 edition on a Windows Server 2019. We are using another Window 2019 Server as the Remote Desktop Server where we are publishing the QuickBooks application for the users.
Daily we have an issue that when the user tries selects the option to print, the print window does not come up. Cursor will blink a few times, or you get an hourglass for a few seconds, but nothing more.
Stumped on how to resolve this...
