Hola comunidad!!!

 

Tengo problemas con un Windows Server, cuando intento iniciar sesión la pantalla queda en negro, sin embargo, todos los servicios alojados en este funcionan con normalidad. Intente iniciar sesión de forma local y remota, en ambos tengo el mismo inconveniente.

 

Si alguno ha tenido esta experiencia antes, agradecería me indicaran que puedo hacer.

What operating system? What roles? Might check the event logs for clues.

No, in my case it is a Windows Server 2016, it has the role of File and Print Server, it does not have any other.

What is the history here? What do you find in the event logs?

I have experienced this type of earlier. But in my case, it was a virtual machine & the usage of system resources was on the higher side. Post upgrading the resources, I was able to fix the issue. In another case, I logged in with a failsafe user account & signed out all the existing sessions.

Have you checked the above possibilities?
