Hello there,
One of our users is using Outlook 2019. The user frequently experiences freezing and hanging issues when he clicks on the Outlook shortcut. When I look at the application logs in the event viewer, I can't get much detail about this problem, but I think a plugin is causing it. Can you help me on how to solve this problem?
