Network Folders to the Windows Search Index

Hello,

I need help please, in our company we using servers 2016.. when we using network folders to the windows search and search in the documents it's doesnt shows most of the times. When i connect to server directly and do the same search it's works fine. My problem why from windows10 have network folders and search for a document doesn't found any thing  and in the server directly work well ?

In order to add network folders to the search index of a client computer, the network folder must be mapped and have a drive letter.

Unfortunately, that also means that every client will index the entire network folder, which generates quite a bit of traffic on the network and disk usage on the server. Depending on how many clients you have, that's not a good idea.

Unfortunately, Microsoft's only answer to this SharePoint.
