Migration of FRS to DFSR with subdomain

I have a root domain with one subdomain. Should I run through this migration first at the Sub? Or just once at the root and it covers it?   Wasn't sure which was correct.

I know the procedure itself having done it with a 1 forest/1 domain before

Do the migration in each domain, the order should not matter.
