Local Admin in Windows 10

Hi!

I have a problem with our technitians computers. We are in the middle of a server upgrade from 2011 to server 2019 but when we test to add our computers to the AD they dont become local admins on there computers. We have tried nomerus ways to add the local admin right. we have followd many videos and microsoft documents but no luck.

we are also trying to deploy Direct access, can this be a possible cause to our problem?

Sounds like you'll need to add the user's domain account to the local administrator's group. This does not happen by default.
