Joined Domain PC Connected To Different DC

Hi, 

My office got two domain controllers - DC 02 and DC 03. DC 02 locates on my office and DC 03 locates on different locations. When I connect my PC to the domain, it joins to DC 03 instead of joining to DC 02. When I rejoin the PC to the domain again, the same issue repeat again. Please advise.
