is there any alternative for Microsoft 2003 resource kit which is no longer supported?

Hi,

Objective is to use the HP PARK tool Migrate Server Tools, specifically “MigrateServer.bat” to migrate to a new Server 2019 machine.

In order to do this, understand that this need to work together with Microsoft 2003 resource kit (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17657) which the URL is not longer available as the OS has been no longer supported.

is there any alternative of the resource kit? Any recommendation?
