Inplace windows server 2016 standard to Windows Server 2022 Essential

Hi Experts!

I want to upgrade windows server 2016 standard to Windows Server 2022 Essential, can it allow to have in-place upgrade?

There is no process to convert Standard to Essentials. If there's an existing domain you may be able to migrate to new server.
