I have two different Server 2019 VMs that are rebooting at 7:00 AM and noon. I checked task scheduler and found vssadmin was trying to create a shadow copy. If I disable those triggers the crash and reboots go away. I checked the server's data drive and these entries correspond to shadow copy entries. Anyone see this before?
