@Lester2335 you might have not plugged the drive correctly? did you reach out to the Server vendor? is it Virtual? Physical? VmWare? Dell? HPE? they should be able to assist you on how to add a drive. you might have a RAID what RAID is it? there's many reasons why you can't see the drive start with the physical layer. if possible can you try it on a different server (If a physical server exisits) to make sure the drive is not DEAD.
