FSlogix locked folder local_username

Iron Contributor

Hi.

Sometimes the local_username folder remains on the "C" drive after the user logs out

After installing FSLogix Release 2105 (2.9.7802.10873), the problem persists.

I found this topic, it says that this is a known problem. It's been a long time, no fix. Can something be done ?

Привет. Я обнаружил проблему.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dcuLd7Sf7ygoswvdUxAlDFfpEiOD0myV/view?usp=sharing MPL

https://drive.google.com/file/d/115dUYNmgov8-lMmP9hE8Wh2Tx32W2Sn-/view?usp=sharing XML

Hello. Could you please check if setting up RefCount value to 0 solve the issue without rebooting the machine? Here's the path for this key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileService\References\<sid affected user>
RefCount
When will the problem with local_%username% folders not being cleared on exit be resolved? I see up to 10 duplicates of one user in a month.
