We can not at this point afford Microsoft support.

I have this issue event 1202 source SceCli every 4 minutes

it does match this issue

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/core-infrastructure-and-security/hey-dude-where-s-my-winlogon...

when I run the find /i "cannot find" %SYSTEMROOT%\security\logs\winlogon.log

I get the following

Cannot find dom.
Cannot find dom.
Cannot find dom.
Cannot find dom.
Cannot find dom.

I also included pic of rsosp.msc

Please anyone how do I fix this again right now we can not afford support

I suspect it has to do with dom but not sure how to get rid of that
