Emojis in filename! How to block??

I want to block users from adding emojis in filenames.. Has anyone done this? Maybe via a group policy?

Not sure if it would work for those kinds of things, but you can block characters using File Server Resource Manager (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/fsrm/create-file-screen).
