Deleted files reappear after roaming profile user logs off

I have configured roaming profiles and when user deletes files from desktop it removes from pc and server as well but when user again login the pc the deleted files reappear. Kindly suggest me the solution. Thanks

Setting this one may help.

Computer Config\Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles
Prevent Roaming Profile changes from propagating to the server = Enabled
