Change Windows Server 2008 Standard from OEM License to Volume License

I have install Windows Server 2008 with OEM installation disk but I don't have the OEM key for this media but I have Volume License Key. How can I activate the Windows with Volume License Key without repair or reinstall Windows?

For additional information I download ISO file from Volume License Service Center. But when I try to activate window why it show License Label like OEM?

@MohamedH995 Hello,  according to the Instruction Activation of Windows Server - Learning Windows Server 2008 (serverbrain.org) follow that steps. If the OEM Key is not valid any more please ask the supplier for Support where you was buying it. 

The easiest way would be to give the server for 3 Minutes Internet Connection.
