Can I reuse Windows 7 esu licence

If I have purchased one volume windows 7 esu licence for 10 machine. I have installed it in 10 machine. Then I go and uninstall them from the machine. Can I reuse/install the same keys in a completely different (another) 10 machine ?

I can't mail the microsoft as I have not purchased it yet.
I need clarification before purchasing it.
If by any chance one of system gets damaged, then will I be able to re use the licence in a new machine.

Then I'd contact a microsoft partner to get these questions answered. Legal licensing questions cannot be resolved by anonymous user forums replies.
