I do have a Hyper-V server in a remote datacenter with a few spare physical ethernet ports. I do not have a a local hardware switch (which I'd prefer), but I need to connect an additional NAS to the network.
In Linux, I would just configure OpenVSwitch to assign the spare ethernet interfaces the role of a switch port in the network.
Is something like this actually possible with Hyper-V Virtual Switches as well?
If yes, how would I configure this?
Thanks
Daniel

@DanHuber are you looking to have the Guest OS's also access this NAS?
