This is regarding the ticket number : 2112220050001240
The child zone which is created gets disabled when DNS zone with same name is created WITHOUT any notification.
This looks like product flaw which needs fixing. There should be some sort of notification end customer should get stating creating new DNS zone with existing child dns zone will disable/delete previous entries.
Because of this we have P1 for multiple applications across our state.
