ADC Service account in AD

Hello,

I am trying to clean up our AD and I came across a user account called ADCService. Does anyone know what it is used for? When I googled it, I found some links to exchange and we used to run exchange on-prem servers but not anymore since we moved our emails to google workspace. Is there any magic way or magic script to check if AD user is still in use across domain?

I don't think it is a microsoft service? You could try disabling as first step, or turn on some account auditing.
