Requested a Trial of Windows Defender ATP - not working after 4 hours?

Hi,

I have requested a Trial of Windows Defender ATP for a Tenant and it's not working after 4 hours?

From what I can see this should spin up pretty quickly and be available in 30 mins or so?

Can anyone suggest how we can troubleshoot this?

This eventually came up after 24 hours + a MS Support Call...
