We have a lot of users complaining that Microsoft defender antivirus scan uses a lot of CPU during the full scan. We have the full scan scheduled to run once a week from our security baseline in endpoint manager.
However, when I read the article below, Microsoft does not recommend running a full scan that often. However, via the security baseline in endpoint manager there is no other options than to run it weekly. Are there people who have found a different solution for this so that it's possible to run a full scan once (not manually) for new systems via endpoint manager | Security baseline?
