In case you have Windows 10, you may open Windows Defender and run a full system scan with it.

Windows Defender/Security comes pre-installed with Windows 10. If you've not installed third-party AV, you can scan your system for virus via Windows Defender/Security.

If you've installed third-party AV, refer the AV vendor's instructions for scanning your system.
