The definitions on the "Security intelligence updates for Windows Defender Antivirus and other Microsoft antimalware" page have not been updated since January 14th 2020.
Under release notes I see the current release information, but the actual main page and definitions download, nor the site that can be used to pull to distribute via file share have been updated.
Most recent version on the site is "1.307.2344.0" Most current version as per the release notes is "1.307.2452.0"
