The Powershell ISE panel is empty. No modules or commands are listed.

On my Exchange server's Powershell ISE, the Command  panel is empty.  No modules or commands are listed.  I am unable to find the cause or a solution.  I've always depended upon this feature.  Has anyone else seen this?  Has anyone found a solution.

Can you click on Refresh button?

Yes, I can click it, but that does not fix the problem.

That's strange, any error? Can you include a screenshot?

If you go to the session panel (the blue panel) and run the following, do you get anything returned, or any errors?

Get-Module -ListAvailable
