Recursive admin permissions to file share or folders and subfolders

Hello experts, i want to grant admin permissions to set of users on file share or folders which have reccursive subdolders. When i manaully do this, i get a continue prompt that needs to be manually checked to proceed. Has someone achieved this already? Please help.

Can you share part of your script you are facing the issue with. and explain a bit about manually, do you mean through the GUI or you need to manually click on Y on Powershell script to continue.
