My PowerShell don't working

My PowerShell don't working as I expected. When I write command "npm install -g create-react-native-app" PowerShell don't execute command but just resize.

I think u will need to type. \npm........ The rest
But for such installation i wont use powershell unless required. But this is a command installation
Yake it easy
Start the Command Prompt and the run the command there
Run - - - - cmd----, type your command
